Mónica Doger has a degree in Economics from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla, specializing in economic and regional development. She also holds a Master’s Degree in International Economic Policy at the University of Warwick in England.
Mónica worked as Undersecretary of Commerce from 2008 to 2011 in the Secretary of Economic Development of the Government of the State of Puebla and was previously General Director of Foreign Trade from 1999-2008 in the same Secretary. She was director of Exintex in 2011 and later joined the Meritorious Autonomous University of Puebla BUAP as General Director of the Center for Business Innovation and Competitiveness from 2011 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, she held the Contact Regional Office for the states of Puebla, Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Hidalgo, Oaxaca.
She is a Member of Various Academic Councils such as UPAEP, UTBIS, UTP.
