Jennifer Good is the Sr. Manager for Supplier Relations, Compliance and Diversity at American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM) in Detroit, Michigan. She was previously with Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) in Auburn Hills, Michigan where she served as Executive on Loan to the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC) and as a Supplier Diversity Program Manager.
Jennifer serves on several committees for MMSDC, was named Volunteer of the Year in 2021 for MMSDC, is a member of the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Council of Supplier Diversity Professionals (CSDP), the Automotive Industry Action Group and is the former Treasurer for the National Minority Supplier Development Council’s Automotive Industry Group. She is currently a member of AAM’s POWhER Associate Resource Group and previously served on the board of the Stellantis Latins In Connection Business Resource Group and was a member of the Stellantis Women’s Alliance Resource Group.
Jennifer has worked in the Automotive Industry for over 23 years in various management roles in Supply Chain, Aftermarket, Human Resources and Purchasing and earned her MBA from The University of Illinois after completing a BBA in Marketing at the University of Texas at El Paso.
She is married and has two step-daughters. In her personal time, she plays flute in the Washtenaw Community Concert Band, enjoys playing golf and scrapbooking.
