Jeff Styers

Jeff Styers is the Owner and CEO of Arrow Strategies which is a full-service Staffing firm specializing in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare and Professional services and Project staffing. With over 700 employees across 27 states, Arrow Strategies is in the top 10% of their industry.

Jeff is a Native American Indian from the Six Nations Indian reservation in Ontario, Canada.
Jeff remains active with his involvement on Six Nations by sponsoring a college scholarship for the last twenty years as well as other programs that promote life skills on the reservation where living conditions are rife with social challenges.

Jeff is also a former U.S. Marine and was a member of the All-Marine Boxing team. As a veteran himself, Arrow Strategies engages in a formal initiative called ‘Operation Restore Valor’ where they concentrate on employing veterans into the private sector within their five divisions.

As a Native American Indian and former U.S. Marine, Arrow enjoys certification as both a Minority owned business as well as Veteran owned business.

In addition to his business pursuits, Jeff is heavily involved in numerous philanthropic endeavors including that he is the Managing Partner of the World Famous Kronk Boxing Gym that has been reimagined to include a youth development program that also provides tutoring, mentoring, community involvement, and an on-site computer lab. Jeff is also involved in the Capuchin Soup Kitchens of Detroit as a board member as well as the Champions of Wayne, Arrow Cares, and the Fallen and Wounded Soldiers Fund.

As a former professional boxer, Jeff was appointed by Governor Snyder as the Chairman of the Unarmed Combat Commission that regulates professional boxing and mixed-martial arts in Michigan and served in that role from 2013 – 2021.

Jeff is happily married to his wife Lisa for the last twenty-one years and enjoys as much time as possible with his seventeen year-old daughter Leah and seven year old Yellow Lab Howard.
