Tiana Dudley is the first employee for The Allen Lewis Agency, a public relations, marketing and events coordinator at The Allen Lewis Agency where she works closely with agency founders on specific day-to-day deliverables. She services multiple client accounts, collaborates on national campaigns and events, keeps client programs moving forward, and supports agency goals and objectives.
A contributing writer for Rolling Out magazine, one of the largest, African-American owned, free publications, Tiana utilizes the art of storytelling to promote her passion for people and minority businesses. Her written and verbal communication skills have afforded her unique opportunities to connect and work with C-Suite executives, a host of celebrities and budding entrepreneurs on several projects.
Prior to joining The Allen Lewis Agency, Tiana served as the Public Relations and Marketing coordinator for Chemico, one of the largest, minority-owned chemical management companies in the United States. She was the first minority female to hold that position.
Tiana completed an internship as a public relations assistant for Go Beyond PR in Los Angeles, California. There, she worked closely with senior publicists to gain exposure to the public relations and events industry while further developing her communication and organizational management skills.
In 2016, Tiana was featured in DRIVEN VI: A Tribute to Multicultural Achievement in the Automotive Industry as a rising professional among other civic, business and community leaders.
Tiana earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Wayne State University and is a strong advocate for minorities in STEM “(Science Technology Engineering and Math) careers. She is a native of Flint, Mich. and has resided in Detroit since 2008.
