Frances Biernacki trains people to thrive at work through practical productivity, management, and leadership programs. Frances delivers engaging workshops and individual support designed to impact long-term development. She works with professionals and executives across industries including law, finance, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, and government.
Frances has recently worked with many elementary, high school and University students to provide their first learning about productivity, time management, and organization.
Prior to consulting, Frances held a number of roles with the Nielsen Company of Canada. During this time, Frances learned about the CPG industry from Analytics to Client Management. She managed Nielsen University where her prime focus was internal training programs. It was in her role as Client Training Manager that Frances partnered with clients to assess knowledge and skill gaps and develop custom training programs. Frances truly believes the key to business success begins with targeted training programs.
Frances graduated with an Honours BSc from the University of Toronto.
When not working, she can be found running the streets of Toronto, walking her dog in the local parks or simply enjoying life with her family and friends.
