Ehrlich is Director, Business Development and Diversity for Roncelli, Inc. a full service general contracting, construction management and real estate development firm. Ehrlich manages their downtown Detroit office and is actively involved in the project identification and implementation of southeast Michigan construction and development activities, along with oversight of Roncelli’s Diversity Program. Roncelli is headquartered in Sterling Heights, Michigan with offices in Detroit, Canada, and Mexico. Ehrlich has over 36 year’s experience in construction and real estate development, spending much of his career in management capacities with Walbridge, Crosswinds Communities and White Construction.
Ehrlich is an alumnus of Cass Technical High School in Detroit and Western Michigan University. He is currently Board Chairman of the Detroit Innovation Academy K-8 Charter School, a Board member of the City of Detroit Downtown Development Authority (DDA), Board Treasurer of the East Jefferson Development Corporation, former Vice Chair of the State of Michigan Building Authority, and former Board President of Homes for Black Children, one of the nation’s oldest adoption and foster care agencies. Ehrlich also is a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Board President of the Jefferson Village Homeowners Association and a current Board member of the Detroit Athletic Club.
Ehrlich and his wife Yolanda reside in Detroit and have one adult son, Michael who lives in Atlanta, GA with his family.
