Nacsha Ealy is a Business Relations Consultant with Michigan Rehabilitation Services in the Business Network Division, she joined MRS in 2006 and worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor prior to her current role. She helps businesses as they create inclusive and diverse work cultures related to disability employment by providing consultation on the ADA, reasonable accommodations, facilitating disability awareness training, job retention support and other businesses services. Nacsha enjoys collaborating with internal and external partners and working together to provide solutions for the dual customers. Nacsha is a graduate of Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Oakland University with a Master of Arts in Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Certified Business Solutions Professional. Nacsha is the recipient of the State of Michigan Good Government Symbol of Leadership Award and her professional areas of interest include the hard of hearing population, transition youth, identifying reasonable accommodations, and developing and delivering training.
