Jennifer Harris-Kroll is the Marketing & People Ops Leader at
Anthill. Jennifer has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and talent management. Jennifer is a Certified Scrum Master and has a passion for workplace innovation.
Jennifer started their career as a Project Manager/Scrum Master at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company. Jennifer was responsible for managing projects with budgets from $70k to over $1M. Jennifer then co-founded Career Research Group, an organization that provides career coaching, online training courses, speaking engagements, and book publishing services. The company grew quickly and Jennifer became the Chief Operating Officer. Jennifer left the company in 2020 to start a new adventure.
In October 2020, Jennifer started working at
SHRM as a Senior Specialist, Workplace Innovation Catalyst. Jennifer is responsible for creating and managing the Workplace Tech Community on Salesforce Experience Cloud. Jennifer also developed and ran the backend of the Better Workplaces Challenge Cup. In addition, they started and manages the
SHRM Ideas Slack channel which is the most engaged channel at
SHRM.
Jennifer Harris-Kroll holds a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Marketing for Business Leaders from
Cornell University, a B.A. in Management from Linfield University, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Linfield University. Jennifer is certified by
SHRM as a People Manager Qualification (PMQ) and by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster.
