Dr. Felicia Phillips
Dr. Felicia Phillips is a CEO, Master Business Strategist and President of The U.S. Business Women’s Network. Her award-winning Agency, PPICW, is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and is a strategic partner of the Small Business Administration and Delta Air Lines. PPICW specializes in supplier diversity and inclusion training, program development as well as supplier succession planning.
Felicia is a 29-year serial entrepreneur, a member of The Forbes Coaches Council and has been featured in The Huffington Post, Atlanta Journal & Constitution, Rolling Out and Upscale Magazines, CBS Better Mornings, FOX, BET, TLC and many other media outlets. Felicia is a contributor to the Atlanta Small Business Network and has had the pleasure of working with Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy, Wells Fargo, City of Atlanta, IKEA, The Environmental Protection Agency and many other organizations.
Dr. Phillips received The Phoenix Award from former City of Atlanta Mayor, Kasim Reed for her commitment to sustainability, the Georgia Minority Supplier Diversity Council’s 2018 Class I Supplier of The Year and the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council’s 2019 Class I Regional Supplier of the Year and many other awards and honors. Felicia is the Chair of the President’s Corporate Council for the National Coalition of the 100 Black Women, a member of The Atlanta Business League and provides coaching to various non-profits serving entrepreneurs.
Dr. Phillips is a wife and mother of two adult children Cierra Elise and Grant Alexzander and resides in McDonough, GA. Felicia has built her career on serving, educating and mentoring minority and women-owned small businesses.
