Suk-Kyu Koh is Chairman and CEO of Chrysan Industries, a global manufacturer of automotive lubricants and specialty chemicals headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan. Koh has (32) years of industry experience in the oil and chemical industry. He is responsible for product development and manufacturing activities across all of Chrysan’s facilities in the US, Mexico, and Asia-Pacific regions.
Prior to Chrysan, Koh was a Research Scientist at Cambridge BioTech, a biotechnology company that developed diagnostic products & vaccines for AIDS, hepatitis, and Lyme disease.
Koh is active in the local community supporting Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Lupus Foundation, Special Olympics and World Vision. Additionally, he is a member of National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP), Detroit and is a proud advisory board member for Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce (APACC).
Chrysan has been awarded with accolades such as Supplier of the Year at GM, MMSDC, and the SBA, Fast 100 Asian Business Award, and is listed on the Inc 5000 fastest growing private companies.
Koh received a Bachelor degree in chemistry from Cornell University in 1989.
