Jerónimo has more than 21 years of experience in the automotive, mobility, steel, and manufacturing industry.

He is currently the Founder & CEO of Disruptive Matters ©, Consulting Firm with resources/operations in 10 countries which mission is to democratize and make broadly accessible premium services to companies and organizations.

Before, he was Managing Director & Partner of AMBE Engineering, a global on-site advisory and hands-on services firm, focused on operations for the manufacturing industry. He is currently Member of the Advisory Board of the Company.

He also held the position of CEO at Tenigal, a Joint Venture between Nippon Steel Corporation (JP: 5401) and Ternium (NYSE: TX).

He is a Public Accountant graduated from Universidad Nacional del Litoral (U.N.L., Santa Fe, Argentina) and holds a Master of Science in Management from Stanford University (California, USA). His career started at Ternium in Argentina and includes international experience in several countries and positions, including active involvement and leadership in several M&A operations.

Jerónimo is Co-President of the Stanford GSB Latino Alumni Association, President of the Stanford University Alumni Association Chapter of Monterrey, Mexico; and a member of MIT Global Panel, Opinno Experts Council, Nuevo Leon 4.0 Initiative Leader; among others.
