Alvin-o Williams is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Southern Region Minority Supplier Development Council. He has a vast amount of business experience serving in various leadership roles in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Alvin-o is a serial entrepreneur, having started, managed, acquired, and divested several businesses in the landscape, real estate, hospitality, health & wellness, and marketing sectors.

Alvin-o is known as an outcomeoriented executive specializing in strategy, innovation, and collaborative partnerships. He has a strong ability to identify and develop pivot strategies, create new revenue streams and drive socio-economic impact.

He has been recognized as an active thought leader and innovator and is one of the co-founders of TheBIGGERDiscussion.com. TheBIGGERDiscussion is a national business summit that addresses a broad range of “Elephant in the Room” issues surrounding race, gender, the environment, and sustainable economic equality.

Alvin-o is a Fellow at the Center for Environmental Communications at Loyola University, a certified Social Media Strategist, and a trained Six Sigma Black Belt. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Scientific & Technical Communications, a Jurist Doctorate in Law, a Certificate of Leadership, and a Certificate in Economic Development & Finance.
