By 2020, there will be five generations working together – a historical rarity. By the year 2025, millennials will make up three out of every four workers worldwide, according to Time magazine. Because of today’s multigenerational workforce, employees have a wide range of values, expectations, and behaviors today’s business leaders must be able to handle the challenges of managing this increasingly diverse workforce while learning how to effectively engage with the incoming millennial talent. This panel, consisting of millennials and a business leader that has successfully engaged millennials; will focus on the strategies and methods leaders across different industries use to first attract and retain millennial talent, while maximizing their effectiveness through communication. This session is designed to address the multi-generational workforce with different, values, expectations and behaviors – as such, managing the different challenges of this increasingly diverse workforce is a necessity.
