Message From MMSDC President & CEO Michelle Sourie Robinson

Dear Valued Constituent:

We greatly value our relationship with you and want to ensure that you have the latest information on the steps being taken as we prepare to host the Michigan Minority Procurement Conference (MMPC) May 5-7, 2020.  Our leadership team is closely monitoring the COVID -19 updates and planning accordingly. As of this writing, we do NOT anticipate canceling MMPC.

We are instead working to add a digital option to leverage cutting edge 5G technology to host a virtual conference or a hybrid approach with both a live conference and digital options that include interactive educational workshops, keynote sessions, Strategic Trading Floor Matchmaker Sessions, and Deal Maker Pitch Competitions, to name a few. Stay tuned for additional details as this is far from a standard web conference.

On a daily basis, we are working with national risk management professionals, national event planning associations, as well as TCF Center, to monitor guidance from various health organizations, including CDC.

Our team has worked diligently to develop one of our best conferences yet. I believe you will find the content aligns with our mission of advancing minority business and it includes enhancements the team has created based on your invaluable input.

We will keep you updated and informed via email for registered attendees, as well as via our website and our weekly newsletter.  If you have any questions in the interim, please do not hesitate to contact our offices.

We appreciate your partnership and look forward to hosting a successful and healthy MMPC!
